Personally Identifiable Information
If you choose to sign up for ionix Limited membership to gain additional functionality, we'll ask you to provide your email address and other information such as your name and the URL of your web site where you wish to use our software. We will NOT disclose, sell or exchange your personally identifiable information to or with anyone, without your specific permission, except when we believe disclosure is absolutely necessary to: (1) comply with the law or legal process; (2) protect or defend the rights or property of ionix Limited or others; (3) enforce this Agreement; or (4) respond to claims that the contents of any communications violate the rights of others.

Email Addresses
Users who register with ionix Limited can readily email any of the other members who have chosen to use our online forums or other content systems that display email addresses. However, members do not have direct access to the email addresses of other members as stored in our membership database. We will not give or sell your email address to any organisations without your prior permission.

Other information gathered
Our web servers automatically gather information about all visitors. Such information is only used for statistical analysis to assess access statistics and other information so that we may design our web site better to suit all our users. This information may be used if we think it is in relation to any attempts to harm, hack or illegally gain access to our files/content.

Any and all information and/or data we collect is held under the rules and regulations of the UK Data Protection Act.

Online Purchase Information

All online payments are processed by, PayPal, all major payment cards are accepted. A registered PayPal account is not required to make payment.

OpenCrypt License Agreement

Refund/Sales Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. Due to the nature of the market we are in, once you have received our software it is impossible for us to determine whether or not you have in fact deleted all copies. With this in mind, it is very rare that we will issue a refund. If requesting a refund, please refer to the appropriate software license before requesting as such. OpenCrypt customers who take advantage of the free installation service will receive a full refund if we are unsuccessful installing the software, a refund will not be issued if the customer attempts to download any of the software files whilst we are performing the installation. A refund will also not be issued if we are unable to install the software due to the customer's error, this does not include basic server compatibility issues.

We require a contact email address for all customers, for commercial sales we do not accept email addresses from free email accounts such as @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com. If you are a web designer and are purchasing on behalf of a customer, the contact details must be those of the web site owner, you may use your own name and email address.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone without giving any reason. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued and the customer will always be notified of our actions providing we have valid contact information.

Terms and conditions of software usage apply to all and any software/computer program/script that we offer for download from our web sites, these are included in the download packages and before the download/purchase process.
